Trump claims to have found the solution to the oil shortage in the American strategic reserve. He is going to have it replenished with oil from Venezuela. What he apparently doesn't understand is that that oil has to be extracted from the ground, processed, and then made suitable for use. Given the state of the oil industry in Venezuela, we are talking about years, not days.
Brent crude has risen above 90 dollars per barrel again. Time is ticking, and although the Strait of Hormuz is no longer hermetically sealed, very few ships are sailing through it. (About 10% of the former volume)
The US attacked Iran yesterday. In response, Iran attacked two US bases in Jordan. The US reportedly fired 15% of its remaining Patriot PAC-3 missiles during that attack. It won't be long before the US is completely defenseless against any ballistic missile whatsoever. Donny is having a great time.
Freedom Tank Stations have suddenly opened in two US states. Pro-Trump and 10% cheaper than the cheapest other pump. Rumors suggest that it involves a massive batch of stolen fuels now being released onto the market. Months ago, a large quantity of fuel was ordered from a refinery and never paid for. It is not yet clear who is behind the Freedom pumps.
